The modifications include:

Adjustable sissy-bar strap
Wrap-around adjustable tie-down straps
Adjustable tie-down straps on each end
Metal D-rings on top for attaching items
Reflective piping on front and ends for night visibility
Rain cover with reflective logo for enhanced visibility in bad weather
